I was waiting to turn right at a cross roads. A woman in a red hatchback approaching from my left. No indicator, so I had no idea what her intentions were until she turned right into the road where I was waiting to the left of me rather than go in front of me. Good job there wasn't anybody coming up behind me.

I was on a narrow country lane this evening where the tarmac isn't quite wide enough for two cars, when a woman in a Macan came the other way. In these situations I take the view that the SUV can go onto the verge so I moved over as far as I could, travelling at probably 20mph. Macan woman tiptoed towards the grass and I was in the process of raising my hand in thanks as I passed when I realised the stupid cow had planted her hand on the horn! Presumably I should have known my place and veered out of her way.

It is a source of constant amazement to me how few drivers know how wide their car actually is! Many a time on the road to Herself's livery yard I'm forced almost into the wall on my side by people 2 feet or more away from their (pavemented!!) side of the road! One day I'll be in something that's neither mine or worth anything - then we'll see who's giving way!!

It's quite funny when a road hog cuts a corner to be met by the Defender with its associated ironmongery on the front. They tend to move over fairly quickly.

Another pet hate is people who can't use non-stop lanes onto roundabouts. The exit named McIntosh Way has two lanes as you can see, the left of which is allowed to exit into the demarcated lane on the left of the first exit; aka my way home.

This afternoon I had to brake pretty sharpish behind a dippy bitch in a C2 who decided to stop, even though she had plenty of time to move off even in the other lane!! I may have been a tad annoyed at that, sufficiently so to blast the horn at her. That was met with a shaken fist, followed by the twirling forefinger indicating my poor mental health. Quite amusing really, made even more so by me overtaking her on the main drag with a (un)healthy dose of carbons for her trouble.

Wankertronic fuckstain in an early 2000's Hyundai Accent.

Here's the deal: If you choose to drive at 40 mph on a clear, dry night, on an NSL road, you can expect to get overtaken.

Above mentioned pissflap was doing just that last night. For the majority of the time I was following, overtaking was not an option, until we approached traffic lights. As is usually the case, I lift off way before the lights and drop through the gears so I don't have to brake for the lights and can set off quickly. As it happened, Hyundai twat stopped at the lights with a Corsa behind him. I simply sauntered up behind and got down the 3rd as the lights changed. Hyundai gimp pottered away from the lights, me still way back but accelerating, up to about 40 mph. By the time I was close to catching up, we were well clear of the lights and the road ahead was dead straight and empty. So, I squeezed out some dirty diesel torque and sailed past the pair of them. No traffic laws or speed limits were violated.

Hyundai bellend took umbrage to this and beeped continously as I went past, even flashing his lights repeatedly as I pulled in (many car lengths ahead, I hasten to add)

What a fucking prick. Not my fault he can't use the road to his advantage.

And he only had one working headlight.

I think it must have been villains weekend, too many to mention them all.

On Friday, a Slovakian artic was alongside another for a couple of miles, in lane 3 of the M1!  It looked like the driver of a small white van decided he'd had enough, as he went shooting off to the left, right onto the hard shoulder passing 3 antics and a car before cutting back onto the carriageway.  He then went into lane 3, slowed down, then braked, backing the Slovakian artic up until he dropped in behind the one he'd been trying to overtake.

Madness.

I don't understand what caused this.  I'd just picked the boys up and was winding slowly out of the estate they live on, when I saw a couple of police cars parked up the right and a news camera / reporter filming a house.  Nothing strange there, but 20m down on the left there were a group of people gathered around this MR2.

It's a bit difficult to see as it was throwing it down, this is the aftermath taken this afternoon.

I know it won't be the most substantial wall, but there's a 90 degree left just behind where I stopped to take the second picture, no idea how he/she managed to do it.

It must have been part of a bigger story, or a very quiet news day.

Today's automotive villain is me. Or rather Saturday it was.
I was turning right out of a side road - the light was beginning to go and it was raining. All the cars had their lights on and I didn't see the dark navy Fiesta coming from my left without his on. Cue him braking and him honking his horn, cue me braking to a stop and then realising that as I was still on the wrong side of the road and traffic was potentially coming from my right I might as well keep going, be totally in the wrong, and cut him right up. He wasn't a happy bunny.

I never thought much more about it until I looked in my mirror as we went up the road and I could see him taking photos of my car with his mobile phone. While driving.

I do hope he sends these to the police.

I was the villain on Friday evening coming home form work.
I followed a SAAB 9-3 estate across the Tay Bridge, it took him plenty of time to accelerate to 50 and he stayed in the right hand lane.
When we got onto the dual carriageway after the bridge he stayed in the right hand lane and took an age to get up to 50 again.
Having waited patiently and then flashed him, with no result, I passed on the left, cruised up behind the next, distant car in the left lane and pulled out to pass that, all done at less than the speed limit.
As soon as I pulled out SAAB boy started flashing his lights and accelerated up behind me.
However, I was going left at the next roundabout and pulled over again at which point he calmed down.

Now, I knew almost from the moment I was behind him that in 3 miles time he needed to be in the right lane to go down the A92 through Fife but he had plenty of opportunity to pull over and, like so many others do, chose not to do that.

I've become bored waiting for these idiots.

On software training yesterday and today.  Why is it that so many fuckwits can't move right, overtake and then, crucially, move left again?

A Nissan Leaf driver this morning determined to show how fast his car was away from the lights. No.1, my engine was cold so I wasn't playing any games (and it was a 30mph limit) but No.2, you don't need to wait for all the traffic to pull away 50 or 60yds before you do your standing start you idiot. Trying to justify the purchase of a Leaf by holding up traffic and acting like a pillock isn't going to work. Once I can accept, twice becomes annoying but when he did it a third and 4th time I just wanted to wire his seat up to his battery.

Do some people set out on a journey with the intention of deliberately holding up other drivers and generally being a nuisance? A45 AMG, ambles into the overtaking lane at the start of the shirt stretch of DC but barely makes ground on the car to his left. Gets a flash of lights from me, doesn't speed up, so I move left again and close up towards the car ahead, at which point he gives it the full beans and hurtles off as the road narrows back to SC. Then, presumably to make a point, he overtakes several cars and a couple of HGVs by crossing the double solid lines and in towards oncoming traffic. I caught him up further on and he was still driving erratically.

I was just entering a roundabout earlier when an Audi (R)S4 blatted up to the exit/entrance to my left at about 50 mph (in a 20 mph limit). I could just tell he wanted to enter the roundabout ahead of me, so I did what anyone else would do and increased my speed just enough that ensured he had to throw out the anchor. He then shot out behind me, even though there was another car just a few metres behind and went straight across the roundabout. As that exit only goes to the little parade of shops that are no more than a 5 minute walk from the 20 mph residential road he just sped along I can only come to the conclusion that he's not only a cunt, but a lazy cunt to boot!

Truly a cunt of immense propotions, a blue whale cunt? I've encountered this car quite a few times now and it is always, without fail, being driven in bell-end fashion. Always at huge speeds and always cutting up other road users. I'm truly surprised no one has poured brake fluid over it, as the way it is driven the owner must've pissed off half the town by now. He must be a double 'ard bastard for that not to have happened...
