A dust cloud resulting in terrible consequences, but those races across yesterday and today have looked like disasters waiting to happen, due to the racing itself. It’s thoroughly entertaining, but yikes, the level of blocking and sudden chopping makes you think they’ll crash at every turn.

Indeed. I particularly feel this about ovals when someone comes back onto to track after spinning out, you just hope no one t-bones that person.

Nasty. Li was lucky to get away with a smashed heel and cracked vertebrae (the latter sustained when he landed). That would have been fatal not too many years ago.

Impact speed was 192km/h apparently
