Yet more reason to ignore this bollocks. Al Gore has pushed forward an agenda of climate change politics and will profit from it, not makinghim any different to the city-dwelling MPs in the 70s that signed up to the EEC agricultural treaty just after buying a load of farmland......

I saw this too. Even if, as he claims, the profits go to some trust or other, it's still outrageous for him to hold any investments in an area where he "preaches". Wonder if he could be done for insider dealing?

I read an article that his home was a massive consumer of fossil fuel, whereas George W has a home that is almost carbon neutral.
How ironic is that?

Funnily enough I remember reading an interview withhim on his first campaign trail, when he pointed out to the interviewer how much savings could be made and pollution be cut just be simply turning lights off etc and how they'd targeted such a thing.

Al Gore just the worst type of hypocrite politician

What happens if it turns out that there is no such thing as global warming, and that carbon emissions have no effect on the climate?
