Drove this last week. Was a bit underwhelmed as a passenger but then I drove it. For a 1300 std Beetle engine 0-40 was no time at all and the wind in your face/go kart like feel was great fun.
Did I buy it? It was a bit beyond my price range but more relevant it was too good, I wanted something as a mini project and this wouldn't have been that.

It's about 30 years since I was taken out by a neighbours son in his beach buggy. It had exactly the same style of wheels if I remember correctly.
Great fun but in small doses is my predominant memory. _________________ Every man is the architect of his own future. |
