It is 24 years old though.  Some of the girls at work haven't aged that well!

Well I'm biased because I just love the Esprit. It still takes my breath away when I see one.

Remember this one we saw at Gaydon, Dan? Phwoaaaar!

I'm surprised that no one has put up the original Ford Focus Ghia concept from 1992:

Slightly different to the model that was released 6 years later!

Had forgotten about the Skoda Tudor (geddit?).

Nicely styled car that, considering it was a chopped Superb.

A name Ford used in the 1930s for their two-door saloon. (Obviously works better if Tudor is pronounced as the Yanks would say it.)

I didn't know that pronunciation from America. I had the Croatian name Tudor in mind, which might be used in the Czech Republic too. There was a Croatian footballer a few years back called Tudor.

F*ck me, that's gorgeous...

My best mate's Czech, and she's got the same idea of Skoda as Brits do about Rover.

Bertone Slalom

De Tomaso Bigua - Which became the Qvale Mangusta

Ford Lynx - Which of course, ended up as the Puma

Italdesign Formula 4

All of these had something in common. Can you guess what?

Surprised there's been no mention of this... Remember the press soiling their strides over it at the time? Now I'm not so sure, but the interior still looks fairly special..

Sadly the last I saw of that concept was a big picture of it that was held by Sainsburys of Staines which is built on the old Lagonda factory site. The picture was in the corridor leading to the bogs. What an undignified end. Last time I was at that store it had gone.

One Ford concept that always made me think phoaw was the GT90:
