Nah, the noughties didn't intrigue me as much as the 90s.

Speaking of which, I think I left out the Peugeot 206 and Honda S2000...

Indeed.

Besides, does five in Singapore mean something more than the number five?

Nope, five means five.

I just have trouble sticking to limits that's all.

I was tempted but while it is a beautiful car one of the reasons I got rid of it was because it's performance and ride were a disappointment (to me), so, no.

In the same way I could never list, say, the current 3 series as it's ride appears, from the outside to be solid, and surely this far into the development of cars we should be able to expect some ride comfort from even the sportiest motor?

Working on production from 1999-2005, I'd guess that the A2 is a noughties car, and remains un-nominated.  Until now.

Not sure but it can be bought in the noughties, does it have to have been designed and first produced in the decade then?

I don't know if there are rules. I put the Calibra in nineties and that's from '89.

I've gone by when they were introduced, not when they were on sale - as some cars span two or more decades (especially when you consider non-European markets).

Ah well - I'll withdraw my smart nomination and replace it with:

The G-Wiz?  Nope...
The Prius?  Nope...

The Tesla Roadster.  Yep.  Shows that alternative technology cars can still be exciting.
