Saw this yesterday while exiting a car park, it was so worthy of a photo I momentarily stopped the car to take the photo...

A SEAT Leon VT:

Part of me wants to see if the "flames" actually move when the car is being driven...

That has to be the saddest vehicle I have ever seen.

That's like kids playing dressing up but with a car.

The Vegas or Bust sticker on the back tells me another story...

The stickers were a bit of an indication that this was deliberately awful. Unless the twist is that's it's not going rallying...

If it's taking the piss out of itself, it goes from desperately sad to utter genius in the blink of an eye.

There's a house near me where there has been a 996 Porsche on the drive for a few years, but recently it has gained a nasty body kit and, the worst bit, GT3 badges.

A was in Guildford on Saturday and saw a red Ferrrai with  Gumball Rally stickers plastered all over it.  It didn't look as offensive as that SEAT though

A 1-series, M-badging and substantial quad pipes poking menacingly out from the rear.  Is it a 1M I wondered briefly, before it rattled off up the road.

Why?  Just why?

My new motah has M badges on the front wings (and on the fancy exhaust pipes too!).

Am I now a villain?

Definitely!   Get rid of the ones on the wings, they're horrible cheap plastic badges and look terrible

I must have missed this - what did you get and dispose of?

Disposed of a 210k mile 2005 320d estate and bought a 65k mile 2013 320d estate (or a 320d Touring M Sport Plus to give it it's proper name).

If I take the badges off I might use them to replace the fading ones on the rubbing strip of the M5

Saw an Audi S3 the other day. It had an RS3 badge on the boot.

Just saw an E92 330i that had a single exhaust pipe on each side of the car. Fitted a 335i exhaust or a bit of down-badging going on?

Also saw a CLS 220 with an AMG badge stuck on the boot. The 220 bit was bad enough, as a car like that doesn't deserve such a tiddler of an engine, but the AMG addition was taking the piss!

Just noticed a neighbour's very ordinary looking Scirocco only has a single badge front and rear. It says R.

Forgot to mention the single-sided twin-piped, flat-arched RS4 I saw yesterday.

The looks, plus the cloud of black soot chucked out of those two pipes, kind of gave the game away!

Probably an R-Line with the Tdi badges taken off.

Don't recall there being an R Line Scirocco, but it definitely isn't a diesel one, as I saw it moving...

There is an R Line Scirocco, a neighbour has one and that doesn't have any other badges either.

http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201701171400489

All except that it is badged exactly like this one:

www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201701040991040

Mefinks they're not the same...

I saw a previous gen Audi S4 Avant earlier.
Badge present and correct, 4 exhaust pipes fitted and even a numberplate starting 'S4'.

It's just a pity it made a clattery 4 pot diesel sound when it got fired up
