Couple of months ago, our local Domino's accidentally sent our order, which I was sat waiting for, out with their delivery driver. Cue much apology and a fresh order, with a full refund. Just as the new order was being handed over, the original one arrived back with the driver (who'd only been out 15 mins and the food is carried in heated packs anyway). I was then offered the original order as well. Double the order, about 35 quids worth. For free. BARGAIN!
