Witty headline needed

Nissan has decided to call their electric vehicle Leaf. I'm trying to think of an attention-grabbing headline to cover this story.

Hows about

"Nissan unvails pig-ugly car with questionable environmental credentials"?

Come on, we can do better.

Give me some puns.

Never mind. I decided to go for:

"Nissan goes green with Leaf"

Which is pretty unimaginative.

When the battery runs flat, you'll have to leaf it on charge.
cbeaks1

Nissan branch out with Leaf?

Less chlorophll-ups with Leaf?

Leaf it out - greener Nissan's bilious name?
Rodge

"Nissan's new Green Leaf Tea-dious"

"Nissan stick's it to yota man with leaf"
Racing

Leaves are usually flat.....rather like electric car batteries.....shurely there's a gag in there somewhere...?

Can't wait till autumn !
DaveGibson

Presumably, on contract hire, it becomes a Leaflet.

Do the batteries need initial charging when you buy it, as with a laptop or mobile? If so, you wouldn't be able to turn over a new Leaf ...

(gets coat)

When new, the colour is bright but as autumn turns to winter they turn brown and fall apart.

Ever seen a 1980's Honda?

Not many around now.
maz

will they sell them through franchise branches ?
canadian bacon

If its a leaf does it absorb C02 or is it the first to emit it?

Is it warranted against perforation ? Greenfly can get pretty voracious.

What do you polish it with ? Baby Bio ?

God this bank holiday is dull....(simcoe day here)
Rodge

I'd hazard a guess that they're releasing it in America first because they're used to leaf spring suspension.

When hit by a VW would the assailant be a Leaf-Cutter Beetle?
DarthBalls

Nissan lettuce us in on their secret new hybrid...
