Unusual local car trends

Within half a mile of me , there is a  2003 BMW  7 series,   a 2005 Audi A8  and a 2010 Jag XJ  and a 2010  Merc S class - so 4 rivals (ok different gens) owned by people very close to each other.
Anyone else have a  unusual local car trend going on ? ( don't mean mass market cars in everyday spec-although there are 5 current Qashqais within  half a mile aswell!) Few years back there 3 Mazda MPSs also.

Up until March when I upgraded my PCP on the Ka, there were about 5 "new-shape" Kas within a few hundred yards of where I live.

When I drive out the camp gates there is a small close of 5 houses. Each of them has at least one JLR product on the drive.

Mercedes with my Indian neighbours. They had a party recently and I counted 28 Mercedes (and 2 BMW) parked in the street. C and E class seemed to be the most popular.

When I did some work in East Kilbride a few years ago, Nissan Tiilda's were seemingly the most popular car in town

I've seen 3 different Capris in the last few weeks.

Late-model Range Rovers of various shapes and sizes. They're bloody everywhere.

But I'm not sure that's unusual in west London...

There is a house just up the street from us (in the "old" rich bit) with a near new Bentley, New Merc ML and a 4 Series coupe. Next door has a Kia Picanto and a 10 yr old Mini and it's an even bigger house.

Apart from that there are E Class Mercs everywhere, except round in the new estate where a 4x4 (of the Cayenne, RR, Q7 variety) is compulsory.

EK and Arbroath seemed to buy up the total production run of Tiilda's; that's the two places I've ever seen them in any numbers!

You would have thought a Nissan Tilda would be some sort of sporty little "rice-rocket".

They seem to be quite popular as taxis.

The only local trend I've noticed is that the people in my street who have smallish children are the ones who drive like dicks when the kids are likely to be out.

That includes the 50 something, Audi A7 driving penis next door who has 2 kids of primary school age.

There was once a collection of Jaguars around my area. 1 x X-Type, 1 x S-Type, 2 x XJ (one old and one new).

They're all gone now sadly.

There are three yellow estate Volvo 850 R's near me; two of which are 2 roads away from each other, the third I'm not sure exactly where it lives, however I see it often enough to know it is a local car.

Kind of how it is where I live.

A visitor to our street (someone's boyfriend) used to race up and down the road when arriving/leaving the estate. My next door neighbour 'accidentally' dropped a bag of logs on the road one evening as the guy was hammering along towards him - he never did it again!
