Today I'm seriously considering this.

Seems good value but held back by location.

From checking on the Z owners forum then one of the most original in the UK and generally they seem to be commenting on the fact it should have sold by now (it was actually advertised on Ebay in the summer as well).

I was passed on the pics and video from the US Dealer before it came over here:

I've always had a soft spot for 240Zs since getting my first Scalextric set that included a blue one as one of the stock cars.

42 years old! There is no way that looks like a 42 year old design.
I'd be worried about rust in the UK though, unless it had a nice heated winter home and only ventured out in the non salt summer.

Me too. Winter home is OK though unlikely to be heated. Ditto, summer use only, no way would I take any classic out on salted roads.

Nice - but 10k??

I'd rather have a 968.

Should somebody tie a white rag around the exhaust?

The 240Z is a timeless design. I bet this and the 370Z side by side would look as silly as the E Type against the F Type pictures.

I think we're all of an age where the 240Z is a car we could forsee ourselves actually being able to afford when we were younger, as opposed to drooling over cars we were unlikely to get any closer to than the wrong side of the roped area at a motor show.

This looks especially nice. Nice price too.
