Actually it is a Dodge Aspen. However, I suspect Dan is looking for the answer "Monteverdi Sierra" because I happened across this very photo twice - once labelled as a Dodge Aspen and once labelled as a Monteverdi Sierra!
However, if you google "Monteverdi Sierra" you'll find it was based on the Aspen but had rather sharper coachwork.
