Its not a bad idea in theory, if they make them free from road tax, people might consider one as well as their car for nipping to the shops etc.  If it costs the same as a supermini though its pointless.

Will this thing ever see the light of day in its finished form, he seems to have been developing it since the days of the Ford Model T!!

That was in Autocar a few months ago, Steve Cropley drove it and said it was a pretty well sorted car.
