Some people are just cunts

Came back to the car the other day to find this:

What the fuck they used to do this I have no idea, I can only assume it was a back rack or somesuch. New light cluster is 170, the scrape down rear threequarter will probably polish out, but the bumper is gouged deep into the plastic so will need the attention of someone like chips away.

So glad I move to private car park as of monday.

Is there any CCTV in the car park? I would be raging if I came back to that.

Makes me so angry.....
Big Blue

Yeah I must admit I'd actually be patrolling the car park with a shillelagh for a week after something like that.
Roadsterstu

The fuckers.
franki68

People really are twats
gooner

It's indicative of a growing number of drivers who fail to acknowledge their mistake and admit they've done wrong. Instead they have a quick look round to check no one saw it and then bugger off!

I asked:
'Due to recent vandalism, the CCTV cameras are focused on the pay & display machines only
'

I had similar a few years back, it's utterly infuriating. People are utter cunts these days.

I always wonder why people can't just accept they've made a mistake and pay the excess but assume they do this on a weekly basis and would have lost any NCD years ago

Commiserations. Potential vandalism/damage by careless toads is one reason why I'd never spend a small fortune on a car, even if I could afford to.

Ouch! There ought to be some sort of Monopolies commission looking into car spares prices
Martin

It cost me 336 to get mine sorted after it was hit in a car park, still annoys me now, but not as much as when I had to look at the damage every day.
Tim

Could it've been a cyclist, hence the weird spread of marks.

I noticed a big scuff with a dent about 2 inches below the tailgate glass on the 320 yesterday. That bit was clean, the rest of the car wasn't and I can't think where it could've happened so recently.
