shockingly good service

People with too much time on their hands, and who are good in pub quizzes, may recall I ordered a pair of valeo wipers for the A4 (the newer weird-fitting sort) and that a little bit of rubber fell off of one of the blades soon afterwards.

Well, today I finally got around to e-mailing wiperbaldes.co.uk to ask if there was any sort of warranty, and they immediately called me up and are sending me two new wipers, I need to return the old ones. Top service - use them!

And of course you'll use them again and again as a result. Why don't more companies realise that a little helpfulness and good service here equals a lot more repeat business there?
