Sad Day when they Have to Pre-register an M4

What's the world coming to when what was previously an icon (at least M3 was) has to be pre registered and discounted. Nice colour too and with full leather. Memo to self: must get more fees out!

That's a set of LED headlights and silver wheels away from the perfect M4.

It's a really good price.

They're in no way attractive are they?

Interesting.

Not convinced on colour combo myself and the M4 seems to look a lot worse than the (lovely std 4 series).

Lack of V8 and not great press reviews vs competitors might not help.

With the competition pack coming, I guess theres going to be even bigger discounts coming.

The competition pack looks good on paper and reasonable value, but from what I've read (just a first drive), it sounds like it takes the bits that the M4 isn't great at (traction/ride) and makes them a bit worse.

Nice colour but wrong wheels and interior.

What's the full retail price of that?

Retail, according to the advert is just under 65K.

the problem with most "sports" interiors these days is that they have a black headlining. It feels very claustrophobic especially with black leather. IMHO, the options are either a sunroof or light coloured leather. You can get a sunroof on an M4 but you then lose the carbon roof. The extended Silverstone leather is very very nice when viewed up close.

I agree that the silver wheels would look much better but they are becoming rare!

I'm really not a fan of pale leather - it always looks grubby to my eyes.

BMW are probably offering 15 - 20k in support to M4s.

Like a lot of things, it will look grubby if you never clean it......

Actually I think it's nearer 5k at best.

I very much like the Tanzanite Blue. But I'd always go for the sunroof as my level of interest in a carbon roof panel is actually less than zero. Simply looks a bit chavvy to me.

Er...
Have you been stalking me or is the 320 notorious across the UK.

They might've upped it to get rid of any hanging around in stock in anticipation of the M2 arriving or something.

That's my issue with the M4. It looks worse than a decently specced "normal" 4 series. Which is completely the wrong way round.
