Nice garage

Nice selection. Presumably Steven Soper's?
Big Blue

Is this the sort of place you're in the market for?

Graceless, dull library and like all celeb homes looks like the kind of place you'd be scared to get comfy and relax in.

Well I'm looking at a more modest budget but if the right place came along we'd look at the finances*

Despite 40 odd photos it's not clear how much of the old house is left, though I'm sure there's an old snug somewhere for you to go and be grumpy in BB. I could put life into those spaces with no trouble.

Fuuuuccckkk me. What a place and what a collection of cars. 14m to buy it and another 20 odd million to fill it with cars

Yes I did think there probably a car in there worth more than the house!
Frank Bullitt

Bits of it look nice but I couldn't help thinking the Harry Enfield 'I am considerably richer than Yow' character would live there.

^ what do you expect it's a fifteen million pound house

I love it .

Talking of right move ,  how about this

Considering how many records he's sold, how 'normal' . Imagine Playing to 100,000 People at glasto and going home to that dingy kitchen .
Twelfth Monkey

If it were mine, I'd certainly want it to feel a little 'warmer', so I understand what BB's saying.

But it doesn't matter how much money you've got - loudspeakers DO NOT go backs against the wall!

Almost as if it's a house that's been built in the style of a modern car showroom - and I don't suppose that any of the cars are included in the sale! I wonder where they will be going to, another purpose-build showroom with living quarters attached?

I think you also need to add - "and another 5 million to make it feel like a home and not a show house".

I'm with BB - for 15 M I am sure one can get a nice house and several hundred acres and quite a bit of change.
Roadsterstu

Impressive but as a home it looks cold and too much like a museum.

Even my missus couldn't spend 5 million on scatter cushions!

Lovely house and I suspect a large part of the price relates to its location and history.

Reminds me of the guy who died after his segway went down a cliff. He had a museum rather than a garage. The cars had long gone before it went to market though.
