That's too obvious - is it an obscure version of the Porter/Daihatsu Hijet which is sold overseas somewhere?
The van in the background is a VW Transporter 888 Special from early 2003 though!

For some reason it was sold here briefly. I found it strange that a manufacturer better known for scooters would dabble into vans.
