Not entirely sure, but I think it could be a Triumph Italia 2000, which was based on the TR3 of the very late 1950s, styled by Vignale.

The other car it could ne - but I am equally unsure about it - is the Sunbeam Venezia, which was a very expensive italian version of the Rapier.
