Why is it always cold in designer's studios?

Chris Harris looks ill.

Sounds like they have finally reinvented the original Mini - small outside, bigger inside than the outside would make you think.

Why would a manufacturers go on about their view that in the future, with self driving, nobody will own cars, they'll just call one when they want one? They are just acknowledging their demise. I mean, you're not going to demand a Mini are you? If you want to be self driven, you'll hardly care what car turns up, as long as it is big enough for you / your passengers etc. I can't remember ever phoning up a taxi firm and saying I'll book so long as you only send me a [insert car of choice].

It's proportions remind me of the MINI concept prior to the launch of New MINI, ACV30?

I'm in shock, I actually quite like that! Love the tiny overhangs.

Don't really fancy trying to clean the inside of that windscreen, though.

I guess the intention is that they expect people to care how they look when they show up in their chosen mode of transport. Kinda how people hire limos to show up at parties (crass it may seem, but that's the general idea).

If you just call up a self driving car in the future, who will be responsible for cleaning it?

I hope by then, we will have self-cleaning paint and self-cleaning windows (homes as well as cars)

Helps when you take everything out of the inside!

Get someone else to do it. Or, as this is the future, send your robo-Hoover in there.
