Nice to see the car shot against Dunsfold...

I noticed that too, does that make us really sad?
BeN

About time.
Matt

Sad? Of course not!

Probably.

Last one has only been out a year?

Still not finished 3 yet, working through the grid (with a hired driver) and its taking forver.

I didn't believe that statement DC as I seem to have had mine for ages but you are correct, it was launched October 2009.

Still get bored with it very quickly, I didn't with GT4.

I regret blowing 55 on the limited edition.  Its a fine game but it has little character.

Forza is a yearly event, usually around October/November.

This one's a bit late then. Guess they wanted to compete with GT5.

Forza 1 - May 3, 2005
Forza 2 - May 29, 2007
Forza 3 - October 27, 2009
Forza 4 - 2011?

It looks about right to me?

Its essentially impossible to make a video game in a year unless its a rehash of an older version like FIFA, NHL, NBA, Need for Speed, pretty much any EA game really.

The only way round it is to have two studios doing alternate games like Infinity Wards and Teyarch with COD.

Really though, Forza 4 could be a rehash of 3 as the physics in 3 are just about spot on, if they added different modes, tracks, weather and up to date cars, it would be a winner.

It felt like they released it every year to be honest.

Some of the comments are interesting re how much of the game will be devoted to the Kinect thus taking resources away from "normal" game play.

I know many future games will have Kinect compatibility now and I have a few friends and have read on forums that the the average UK lounge isn't really big enough for the Kinect to work properly, if at all, it'll be interesting if future X-Box 360 game sales suffer in the future in the UK due to more Kinect compatibility and perhaps compromising standard game play with a controller.

Japan is even worse than here with regards to space, most people live in tiny rooms.  Though the Xbox has never been a big seller there anyway.
BeN

Apparently there is some input from TG USA.

Not sure if that is of much good....
Matt

The controller has been confirmed as being the main method.

I have been cheevo whoring on PGR3 and i noticed the graphics looked a bit sub par after playing PGR4 and F3.  The details around the lights looked a bit blocky.  Tried to do a cat & mouse game for the achivement and there was nobody online playing.
