It certainly looks interesting.

What next?  The Marconi?  The Edison?

FYP, very rare missed pun opportunity!

No doubt comes with a full cage

And is powered by its own SI unit.

Looks interesting, but the rear looks a little bit trying too hard to me.  Not something you can say about the Tesla, so maybe that's why.
Stuntman

I agree about the looks.

At this stage though, it's only a static model.  I wonder what they'll charge, given that the market is clearly in flux.
Grampa

From the head on pic I thought it looked great - then I saw the images in the link - oh dear!

Ohm-y god...

Giant

This is obviously just a model to generate interest and raise awareness of the brand and as such I think it looks great.

Given the investment being made, and the high level staff being poached from various rivals, including Tesla and BMW they need to be taken seriously. There are rumours they are being backed by Apple too as the company won't disclose its CEO or its financiers.
Bob Sacamano

Agreed, this is just a static design showcase to r-amp up interest and spark debate.
Blarno

Electric Donkernator.
Stuntman

A pithy verdict there!  Possibly correct, though...
Blarno

Pithy, I can do.

Correct is another matter entirely!

Be careful, I can't help but see a tiny bit of Mono in that front view. Probably in the bits that are not actually there - the gaps between wheel housings and main body.
Michael

I don't think it's a Donkernator, yet at least, as the company might just have the clout to back up the claims. They're also honest that this is a concept not something that will be ready to crack 300mph and 0-60 in 0.1 second by the summer.

Agree, At first glance you might think E-Donk but there's much more going on here. Very interesting, especially if the "$1 billion investment plan" is real.
