Anyone else heard about This?

I was trying to acquire a link to Discovery3 accessories to answer an ebay query, and there it was!! I know I've been a bit "out of the loop" in many respects lately, but FFS!

I don't especially like the RRS look of it but they have upped the engine capacity to 3.0l with the sequential 'box, and a few other cosmetic tweaks too.

That's why they have been doing good deals on the Disco 3.

I likey, likey. The interior a real step forward from the Dico3 and the new engine should be good too. Shame there isn't a SWB 3 door though.

As Autocar said, it's almost a 7 seat Range Rover now and prices have not increased that much. I guess that the move to make it more quality feeling is so as to differentiate it from the 7 seat Freelander that is supposed to be coming along at the same time as the LRX.

I also like the interior on the new RR sport too, but I do wish they did a "de-blinged" version.

The HSE as tested in the article is the equivalent to Helen's - at £3 & a good bit thousand more than her OTR price would have been.

That works out at roughly 8% on my calculator, so a not insignificant rise I'd say.

I prefer the new front end. The old one looked like it was made of Lego.
