Another holiday rental

Opel Corsa, 2 months old with 10,000 k on the clock already!
1.4 engine, not a mark on it and adequate for running around town although it doesn't have a great turning circle.
Absolute basic car, no AC, no cd but an aux jack on it.
Gearbox is decent enough and pulls ok with a family of 5.
The boot can hold about 2 large cases. The kids say it's tiny!
I like the size of it as its way smaller than our American cars (which are both Japanese...) and reminds me of driving small hatches as a younger man.

Only cost me $8 a day in rental fees, but costs 36 a day in insurance!
Getting rid of it tomorrow due to the insurance cost.

My dad had a similar one in Jersey last month and didn't like it at all- he has a Fiesta.

I was wondering if that was Jersey CI or Jersey (City) USA

Jersey CI.
I rented the car through rentalcars.com and got it with budget.
I took it on the motorway tonight and it easily does 90- I was doing a steady 75 and on a slight down hill slope, it crept up to 90 without any encouragement.

I've not driven many small cars recently and it has shown me how much they've come on as a sector. Basic motoring but quite fun. I'd still get an ST200 if I was looking in this sector.
I'm back in Ireland sorting out visa stuff so we got the car to help us get around- particularly useful as there's a bus strike here at the moment.
