Another hideous Donkernator

And to think Aston Martin were going to sue Fisker for plagiarism

Michael

Nice that the MG SV designer can still find work though.
PhilD

"Initial sketches certainly suggested the designs were very similar, but now the Force 1 has been fully revealed, itís clear the resemblance is small."

Indeed!

PG

Aston Martin walked straight into that carefully laid trap.

Issue a sketch that gets you sued. Then issue a car that looks nothing like the sketch and nothing like an Aston and counter-sue for defamation etc etc. Pay huge cheque into the bank. Fold car company.

And just as well they're not in it for the car as it looks shyte. Like a cartoon car.
Twelfth Monkey

Chortlesome.  Literally.
PhilD

Fisker is losing it.
Big Blue

Is this a brand that we wouldn't buy based on brand alone?

Or is the car simply shite?
Stuntman

The exterior design is certainly pretty shite, but the mechanicals sound pretty good.  May prove popular with footballists owing to its distinctively flashy but decidedly inelegant looks?
Frank Bullitt

To be fair, it looks like a well polished lash-up.
Roadsterstu

4 spoke alloys? A first since the Fiesta Zetec. For a good reason.
Giant

It seems inconceivable that the designer responsible for the most elegant GT car in recent history can also be responsible for this. His M6, SL and mustang lash ups have been awkward to say the least, but this is appalling.

which one?

DB9
PhilD

In the words of Ian Callum;

"You only have to look at the DB9 to see who designed itóitís a Vanquish with a dinner jacket on"
boc70

" ...a joint partnership between Henrik Fisker, ex-GM boss Bob Lutz and experienced racer Ben Keating"

They really shouldn't let people called Keating anywhere near car start-ups, should they.
Blarno

I'd rather it be Ronan Keating.
Twelfth Monkey

I think he's a cunt.
PhilD

Which one?
Twelfth Monkey

Ronan bloody bleeding Keating.
Nelson

That's hideous

Nothing elegant or desirable about that one bit
