Am v12v s

With a manual box ,I mentioned it a few weeks back but it's just been officially announced and I want one so much, bloody house move is putting the dampers on me getting one ,but I desire this immensely .
Magnificent road car .
Giant

I saw a V12 Vantage yesterday being given full beans on a by pass, heading in the opposite direction. It sounded utterly utterly fabulous. No idea what speed he got to, but he was the only car on his side dual carriageway.

Brilliant cars ,the original one with manual box is epic and the S version is significantly better in every area (better traction, ride etc )bar it has a silly gearbox, and even with the silly gearbox its my favourite car I have driven the last 10 years I think.

Curse this house hunt.

When you've moved you can reward yourself with several test drives and who knows what next....

First the Cayman GT4, then the 911R, now this ... are we seeing signs of manufacturers actually giving customers what they want, rather than telling them what they can have?

Not sure if its what most want ....if offered the choice invariably the auto form outsells a manual in performance cars, but obviously there is a demand which is too great to ignore.
I also think this demand comes from people in the 35-55 age group ,who remember what it was like to be involved in the driving process ,the younger playstation generation want PDk's etc.

I read pagani will be offering a manual version due to customer demand...not relevant to most but maybe we might see manual ferrari's and lambos again someday.

If you need your Aston testing wingman again....

A real auto, or even a DSG will always be more popular, but the single clutch AMT in the Vantage has always been criticised as the car's one real weak spot.

I also read that, I guess when you get down to Pagani numbers, every car is bespoke, so why not offer what the customer wants. I remember Lewis Hamilton saying he really liked the manual change in his Zonda.
