Reminds me of something, can't think what though...
Michael

A less grand Scenic perhaps?

Absolutely. Renault have spent years designing and redesigning their cars and now they have gone full circle and have just relaunched an updated Mk 1 Espace.

So what's the difference between a scenic and that kadjar thing ?

Interesting to see how this and the Scenic pans out as people are generally buying crossovers now, also we were told that a 7 seat crossover will be coming to the UK; I can't see how a Grand Scenic and a 7 seat crossover can work together.

Certainly looks good though, as does the Scenic.

I'm driving the Megane on the 7th June.

Looks good and there is certainly a market for it - the C4 Picasso and Grand Picasso sell well

But who to, I wouldn't mind betting that the vast majority are on Motability.

Probably, and to hire companies too but they still have solid private sales too - Mrs FB's boss has just bought one new and he is delighted with it

Renault Swindon were over-run by new unregistered Kadjars when I went past them twice, earlier this month....... don't know what sort of deals they can offer though.
Just hope that the rear seat rows in the Scenic and Grand Scenic fold and can be removed.....

I've seen a You Tube video of the Scenic, it doesn't look like they can be removed, it doesn't look nearly as practical as the current one and doesn't seem to offer much more practicality than the Kadjar.

It appears Renault does still do an Espace in Europe and it looks rather like that, if the one I saw in Madrid a couple of months ago was anything to go by.

that was my point, it's basically the same but I assume has less presence.
BeN

I do like that actually.

Having seen anew Espace a few weeks ago, I really like the Espace, this and the five seat Scenic. I'll need to visit a Renault dealer as I dislike the Captur, indifferent to the Kadjar and Koleos (other than thinking theyre better looking than their Nissan twins), but really like the Scenics and the (unavailable) Espace, yet they all look ostensibly very similar!

Renaults new range of MPVs and crossovers, along with new Megane hatch and estate, has all bases covered in the family car sector, most more than once, quite a turn around from 18months ago!
Michael

Isn't the new Espace a five seater only?
Martin

I'm sure the one I saw had 7 seats.
Frank Bullitt

Eye, 7 seaters. Tidy too.
PhilD

I've seen them with 7.
Michael

No idea where I got 5 from then.
