This was on the news the other day; there is a batch of them and the rarity of the lack of date stamp makes them worth about £50.
I'd like to see the provenence for this one being the 'first' of that batch! _________________ Shame your mind don't shine like your possessions |

To claim £50 for them you had to be in the first 10,000 to register. I was in the 9000s when I registered on Thursday.
The seller in the second link is a crafty bugger. It's the old coin, which as he has correctly worded, doesn't indeed have a date on the Queen's head side, but on the 'tails' side. I can see idiots falling for that, sadly. _________________
