Veuve Clicquot edition Bentley S2

The Veuve Clicquot edition has a distinctive yellow and black paintjob and remains largely stock and true to the original.  The car belongs to Edouard de Nazelle, a descendant of one of the vineyard's founders, and apart from serving as an elegant transport for its noble owner, it doubles as a promotional tool for the company's carbonated elixir.

Except that car quite clearly has single headlamp units, not twin-ones!

It's also a fairly horrid paintjob. I wouldn't have thought VC needs the advertising.

Not sure about the paint work but I love the simplicity of the dashboard.

Yes.....it has single headlamps and then a pair of driving lamps.

I'm not quibbling you but the report you got it from, which claims it is a Bentley S3. It's not. It is in fact a S2 Continental Flying Spur by HJ Mulliner (I think - there were James Young and Park Ward versions too, but I think the VC car is a Mulliner one).

This is the S3 Continental Flying Spur (also HJ Mulliner):

I was wondering whether it was an S2 or an S3.  Googling "verve cliquot bentley s2" and "verve cliquot bentley s3" both me gave loads of matches and inconclusive results.  Looks like you are spot on though.

I've just found this thread. Jonny is absolutely right. The S3 has twin headlamps, the S1 and S2 have single headlamps and a slightly taller grille.

This is a James Young version. Very similar:

Try spelling 'veuve' correctly and you might get on better.
