If it's 3.9 litres, I'd expect more than 300 bhp - more like 500 at a guess.

Modified 2wd 'Phil's Car' - kitcar type thing, loads of 'em about over there, think that one is on a 350Z engine.

As you can hear, the 205 loses half its cylinders near the end though - coil fault from the heat buildup.

So it's based on the VW engine then  

It's a very quick car and sounds brilliant.

Well, that's one thing about spectating at the rallyes TT venues - all the cars are different and they all sound different too, the variety is great.

Plus, you get to tell her indoors you're taking her to France for the weekend...

Well if anyone has a spare weekend - last weekend in November is the Plaines et Vallees rally - should be 100 cars running, including yours truly.
