Actually it is a Dodge Aspen. However, I suspect Dan is looking for the answer "Monteverdi Sierra" because I happened across this very photo twice - once labelled as a Dodge Aspen and once labelled as a Monteverdi Sierra!
However, if you google "Monteverdi Sierra" you'll find it was based on the Aspen but had rather sharper coachwork.

 My god I actually got something right - makes a change. I was looking at the Wiki details and I couldn't understand what else it could possibly be.
