Why is there no application of common sense in situations like this?
A simple question would suffice :-
Was the noise source there when you bought your house?
If the answer is yes then tough shit.
You should've done your research better before forking out tens of thousands of pounds/euro. |

I thought that the noise issue had reared its ugly head a few months back, and had been over-ruled, allowing racing to continue. _________________ Papped by Paul; London 2008-09-27
