Dodgy.

Not because of the engine swap or RWD conversion, that's pretty cool. Dodgy for being incorrectly registered as a 1.3 for cheap tax, possibly even insurance fraud. I hate wankers who do this. Why should I pay full price for road tax and declare all my modifications when dicks like this don't?
