Welcome, new member, to the Motor Forum. We tend not to have set rules, just some basic guidelines which we wish for all members to follow:

1) If you join, please feel free to post an introduction. Tell us about yourself and, crucially, what you drive. You'll find a vast array of different vehicles and personalities amongst the membership.

2) Don't sign up to spam or advertise your, or someone else's, company/business/website. Advert posts and signatures will be removed unless authorised by Admin. Links to Facebook/Twitter profiles are ok, provided they are personal/fun and not business related.

3) Accounts that remain unused in the first month of membership will be deactivated. Contact Admin if you wish to have the account reactivated.

We are a personable lot, we may argue with one another from time to time, but we get along and keep each other in line. Moderators and Admin are only here to keep the place tidy and add a bit of colour to the 'Who is online' bit at the bottom. Except Judge Judy. If you see her name at the bottom, someone is in trouble. Join in, post often, have a laugh and if you're really lucky, you might get to meet some of us in person.

The Admin Team.

Edited to add: Rule 2 has changed. From now on, any spam posts, particularly those that resurrect old threads and contain largely incoherent and tenuously related drivel, will be instantly removed and the user also removed.

This obviously doesn't relate to regular members - they aren't stupid enough to spam or resurrect unnecessarily.
