It was a villains car that was created for "A View To A Kill" for the scene (Which found it's way onto the cutting room floor) where James Bond was transporting a coffin yet had to unexpectedly eject it from the car, hence the open roof.

It's British and looks like it was fashioned from a Granada.

It's a Toyota and it's called the RV-2.  There was an RV-1 which had a matching trailer.
