Just booked 2 tickets to go and see Pearl Jam next July!!

Excited already, might even consider booking for Milan in June too, if finances (and availability!) allow.

No ........ Herself was interested when I mentioned San Siro, even though she's never even heard of them! Not quite so keen with standing at Milton Keynes Bowl, strangely - may well be looking for someone to take her place come July!!

May well be looking to get shot of the MK ones come summer - not sure I can justify going to see them tiwce in the space of 3 weeks!

I think they were ok.
For about half an album (10).

I've always found that if I listen to a whole album of theirs in one go I feel depressed by the end of it.
Whereas with someone like QOTSA I feel like I should be stoned.

If I were you though I'd go to both gigs.

After we saw Fields of the Nephilim a couple of weeks ago we decided that we would definitely be prepared to travel further afield to see them again.

Ten is one of the best debut albums of all time.

I'd be interested in the MK tix if you do decide to sell...

Or even just the second one, if you still want to go?

I've emailed a colleague about them, but if he's not keen you're welcome to first refusal Simon. Or, indeed, to tag along!

We went and booked all the travel arrangements for Milan today, so that a definite "go"!

Herself definitely isn't going to MK, and my colleague is away with his wife for their 25th wedding anniversary, so I have one ticket up for grabs for whoever wants to tag along with me (as far as the gate at least!!   ) I'll be staying somewhere near the Bowl on the night, I expect (any recommendations gratefully received) and going on to friends in Peterborough the following day.

Bring it on!

Got an email today saying Black Rebel Motorcycle Club are supporting PJ at Milton Keynes. Not listened to any of their stuff for years - better go dig some out I suppose!!
