My mother's old E Class has popped up on Autotrader, having seemingly lost a wheel centre cap along the way. Otherwise loooking good:

A bit confused by the 'one owner' comment, since my mother was the car's second owner.

As far as adverts go, it's pretty awful!

It's not great.

Ring them up as potential buyer and see what they say about the one owner bit...

If you think that's a bad advert, try this for size:

http://www4.autotrader.co.uk/clas...5js&radius=1500&logcode=p

I think there is good car in there somewhere. Unfrotunately I don't think the customer experience will be what I am looking for.

"magnitude of specification or stature to this magnificent stunner"

"lavishly sumptuous Exclusive Anthracite leather."

"with lashings of ash tree wood black trim and AMG designer floormats."

"brutal yet beautiful, lively and sybaritic phantom-in-motion "

"the true and undisputed Sindelfingen stealthy shooting break of all time"

"distinct image of exclusiveness that goes far beyond the imagination"

"where cynical motoring journalists start having to reach for their Advanced Superlatives Handbook"

"the creative genius of SINDELFINGEN in living form, which makes an everyday reality of this Beauty with its Driving Excellence"

Erm, it's a silver diesel estate init?

^^^ That's hilarious.

And the name of the car per the advert is similarly overwrought:

"Mercedes-Benz CLS 3.0 CLS350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY AMG Sport Shooting Brake 7G-Tronic Plus 5dr"

What an awful advert, I gave up reading it pretty quickly.

If someone paid 60k they forgot to ask for a discount.
