No surprises regarding the car's engine.  I bet it's a very lovely thing though (if quite big these days).  I'd take a manual 4 GTS as an all-weather all-round GT/sports car.

I am devastated ,a manual can no longer be an option for me,my left side is messed up and it gets aggravated by driving a manual.Gutted because the gt4 is near perfect for these roads.

But yes looks lovely and I am intrigued by the new turbo 991s,the reviews negatives comments are that they don't seem very turbocharged ,which to me is a positive.

Am I alone in completely losing track of the number of derivatives of the 911 range? A new one seems to come out every week.

Maybe, but there's something for everybody and the GTS is the one for me.

no idea.

2 x base model
2 x base model cab
2 by S model
2x s model cab
2 x base model targa
2 x s model targa
4 x turbo
4 x gts
they will do 2 x gts targa
1 x gt3

so maybe 23 but I am really not sure that is correct.

Doesn't cost anything to delete the model badges, but if you want the Porsche logo black or body coloured, that's extra.

No, that's something more likely to be seen in a single mans bedrom, maybe someone who has a couple of Porsches.....

It is in comparison to the rest of the 911 range the gts is  incredibly good value ,the power kit alone is 7k on a regular 911.
On the other hand a gts with some spec added is a 100k car ,thats some serious used competition at that price.
just spoke to my salesguy at porsche ,like the gts but need to know if I will get a gt3.
He said annoucement is imminent and there will be 2 versions (pdk and a manual surely ?)
Said they have whittled the list down to 13 people and I am in the mix,but depends how many they get .I think they got 8 or 9 last time so my fingers are firmly crossed.

Or does it depend on how willing you are to let them have the GT4 as a trade in?

this dealership is the one that got sued for refusing a guy a gt3 rs and selling it to someone who placed the order later ,they are being very careful .
Criteria is customers who have bought from them before and dont flip cars, and the principal  is the guy who had to deal with my 997 turbo issues so I hope he still feels guilty over that.

Deal done, then, as long as he doesn't read this forum ...
