May I start this one off please?
Usual questions of pole, fastest lap and top 10 at race end.
Suggested Bonus Question: With Hamilton suffering grid penalties due to some of his parts being replaced more than they should be (oooh errr, missus), how many positions will he have made up by race end - actual race starting position to classified finishing position - or put "non finisher" (or similar) if you think he won't be classified at the end.
Deadline: midnight Friday-to-Saturday (BST) as usual.

That is a good question and it's certainly going to mean we'll see a lot of overtaking (but then we always do at Spa!). If Hamilton is facing this penalty at this stage in the season, one wonders how many others will get one by the end of the year.

Seems that this has now doubled to 30 places according to many reports

It will be interesting to see how Mercedes approach the set-up of Hamiltonís car. They have to pre-select ratios they want to use for the season before Melbourne, so they canít modify those specifically for this situation. However they are free to experiment with wing levels before qualifying starts and parc ferme rules apply. Strange as it sounds, Iím not too sure they will want to take out much wing compared to Rosbergís car. It is very hot this weekend at Spa, consequently there will be more sliding, and additional downforce will impact straightaway speeds but will protect the tyres. Particularly as Hamilton progresses further up the grid, he will need the necessary downforce to stay close to cars in the twisty middle sector to give him a shot through Blanchimont, the pit straight and the Kemmel Straight.

They will be forced to open up the car to a greater extent for cooling, because heíll be running in hot air for 44 laps in what will already be a hot race.

Perhaps deliberately so, Hamilton has a rather ideal tyre allocation not only in relation to his starting place, but because of the heat. The Medium compound hasnít got much better durability than the Soft compound but with a heavy laptime penalty, the Super Soft tyre is going off too quickly. The Soft compound seems to be the ideal compound, and Hamilton has more sets of the Soft compound compared to his rivals. And because he effectively wonít qualify, on raceday he will have strategic options available to him that others wonít have with fresh sets of tyres. This is important because Sunday will have multiple pitstops with the degradation seen today.

Plain sailing for Rosberg? Perhaps not. The run from La Source to Le Combes on lap 1 will be essential; last year Hamilton almost got beat to Les Combe by Perez in a Force India. I think even a Red Bull would have a decent shot in the slipstream because it is approximately 25 seconds full throttle in that section.
